Assets are the files you can upload to your Arcweave project. You can upload image files to use them as cover images for elements and components. You can also upload audio files to attach onto elements and get them to play on play mode.
You can find and manage your project's assets and their folders on the upper part of Arcweave's sidebar, under the Assets tab.
Arcweave supports the following file types, which you can use as assets:

To upload a new asset to the project, go to your assets and:

You can replace an asset with a new one, instantly updating all the asset's instances in the project.
This allows you to easily update your projects art files, without having to reassign cover images for each element or component.
To replace an asset:
{info} Deleting an asset will also remove all attachments of that asset to elements and components.
To delete an asset or asset folder:
{warning} Deleting an asset folder will ALSO delete all assets inside that folder and its subfolders.
To preview an asset, simply click on it, on the assets list. Image preview opens a full-view of the attached image, also giving the option to download the asset. Audio preview allows playback of the sound file and setting its playback volume for the project.
{info} When you adjust the volume of an audio asset in the preview, this change affects all instances of that specific asset throughout your project. This provides a convenient way to balance audio levels across your entire project.

When audio assets are attached to elements, they will automatically play when those elements are displayed in Play Mode.
Audio assets enhance the interactive experience by providing sound effects, music, or voice narration as users navigate through your project.
